SHOP-NOW.IN ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through local courier service providers and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Shop-Now.in is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as shop-now.in continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, shop-now.in reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

 Shop-Now.In committed to deliver products in excellent condition and fastest possible time. Delivery time may vary on location accessibility but standard duration will be 4-5 working days even some adverse condition may add 2 days extra.

To ensure your order receive on time, please make no mistakes filling your address details as follow: Complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Kindly provide serviceable mobile number as primary contact preference and appreciated if alternative number is provided to resolve failed primary mobile number. We may require to call for delivery related queries. Important note to remember during Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure that someone should be available at the shipping address to pay cash by amount-tendering exact change.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and email us at info@shop-now.in. Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly packaged in box-wrapped with security tapes when dispatched from order-processing unit. Parcels go through courier service for the delivery and may some-times arrive in damaged state. We advise you to not accept any damaged/deformed parcels, in this particular case it will be your responsibility if product is missing or damaged.

If you want to return a delivered order, shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your return-order, consideration may entertain on reimburse of self-shipment charges solely based on Returns Policy. In the accounts, whose return condition of item violate our fair usage policy, Rs.60/- will be charge on all orders irrespective of order value.

All the purchases of ₹600* or greater will be free of charge door-step delivery and delivery/shipping charge of Rs.60/- will be applicable for all the orders under Rs.600/-. Each order-placed can be shipped only to single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you have to place multiple orders. *Order value is calculated after applicable service charges/discounts/VAT/GST.

Shop-now.in fair policy, we are committed to offer best customer experience. However, we notice our liberal easy-returns are abused in some accounts. These accounts typically return most of the items purchased or refuse our shipments. Hence, rest of the customers are deprived of opportunity to purchase these items. To safe guard the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to charge shipping cost of Rs.60/- for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which has high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

How are orders placed on shop-now.in delivered to me?

Orders placed on Shop-Now.In are dispatched through our courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, XpressBees, Speed Post etc.

Does Shop-Now.In deliver products outside India?

No. Products delivery available only within India.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we don’t have service available to expedite the order delivery.

What is Shop-Now.In Cancellation Policy?

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”, “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

But Shop-Now.In is customer centric business and we do refund and accept cancelation in conditions place under the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Please note - an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, return is possible for all orders/products with intact package.

Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However, return is possible for all orders/products.

We strive to fulfill every order. However, certain orders are compelled to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The reasons could be product availability, inaccurate address, product errors, pricing and stock information error, or problems detected by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your card is debited after your order placed has cancel from our side, the exact amount will be credit to your account on same payment mode on request or you can avail it for store credit to buy other options at the same time or later.

Order cancelling can be entertained before the package dispatch from warehouse only. However, you will have the option to opt for store credits which you can use to buy something else at the same time or at a later time.

Is there any option for address change after the order placed?

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order before the dispatch from store, by informing via email: info@shop-now.in.
