If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and email us at Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly packaged in box-wrapped with security tapes when dispatched from order-processing unit. While we strive to offer the best possible customer experience through our fair policy, we have noticed that our lenient return policy has been abused in some cases.  These accounts typically return most of the items purchased or refuse our shipments. What is Shop-Now.In Cancellation Policy?

We strive to fulfill every order. However, certain orders are compelled to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The reasons could be product availability, inaccurate address, product errors, pricing and stock information error, or problems detected by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your card is debited after your order placed has cancel from our side, the exact amount will be credit to your account on same payment mode on request or you can avail it for store credit to buy other options at the same time or later.

Order canceling can be entertained before the package dispatch from warehouse only. However, you will have the option to opt for store credits which you can use to buy something else at the same time or at a later time.

When will process the refund amount?

Cash on delivery mode has no refund since you haven’t paid for the order as it is free delivery. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or e-Wallet, UPI will credit into the source account within 7-10 working days from cancellation date.
